libgo patch committed: Update to current Go library

I have updated libgo to the current master Go library.  The main reason
for this is to bring in some new code which uses nonblocking connect.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
