Go patch committed: Permit copying hidden fields in method receiver

The Go language now permits copying hidden fields when passing a value
to a method receiver.  This patch implements that in gccgo.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
