Auto-linking

gcc.gnu.org has magic URL rewriting so that https://gcc.gnu.org/r15-4546
links to the corresponding Git commit.
GCC Bugzilla also recognizes r15-4546 in comments and turns it into a
hyperlink.

As a result, many of us use those refs in our Git commit messages, either
in the short rNN-NNNN form, or the longer rNN-NN-gXXXXX form where XXXXX is
the Git commit hash.

I assume we would also want to auto-link bugzilla bugs using e.g. Bug 1234
and PR c++/1234, which also works in gcc and sourceware bugzillas.

It would be super-duper if Forgejo also recognized those strings in
comments and hyperlinked them. Github calls this autolinking and it's
customizable per-repo. I don't think Forgejo supports it yet, based on
https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/3274

So no changes requested for now, I'm just noting a limitation that should
be fixed one day.
