Hi!  Sorry for the delay, the Elix web pages are now on-line at

	http://sourceware.cygnus.com/elix/

We've got a bunch of documentation explaining what Elix is all
about, but feel free to send mail to the elix@sourceware.cygnus.com
discussion list if you've got questions or comments.  There is another
little subscription form on the Elix web page for subscribing to the
elix@sourceware discussion list, or you can browse the web archives to
follow those discussions.
