[Bug libdw/34666] srcfiles missing main source in some cases

ChatGPT suggests the problem is that the main source file is defined to be
index 0 in the file list with DWARF5 but libdw skips over entry 0. As the file
has no definitions, it then doesn't get output at all.

However considering how many red herrings it gave me during bouncing off it,
I'd take that conclusion with a huge pinch of salt. :)
