This was a test build with upgraded kernel (6.8.0), gcc (14.2.0) and
binutils (2.43.1).

The address of the _GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_ symbol points to the .got
section, not .got.plt. Which is OK.

We'll need to update backends/riscv_symbol.c
(riscv_check_special_symbol).
