Buildbot failure in Wildebeest Builder on whole buildset

Interestingly only one buildbot worker found this issue, but I could
replicate it under valgrind locally. And indeed, valgrind is right. We
forgot to initialize the new handler_data errbuf field.

Fixed as attached.
