Kinetis documentation.

Kinetis docbook parts:

    - Kinetis variant
    - TWR-K70F120M platform
    - TWR-K60N512 platform
    - TWR-K40X256 platform

These patches supersede the ones in Bug 1001450.

ChangeLogs are omitted because they may collide with ones in Bug 1001579 that
is expected to be committed first.
