Googling around PHY IDs for KSZ8041 I found no PHY_ID2 = 0x1513 ...
Where this value came from? Can you, please, point on your source?
I got for this PHY chip PHY_ID1 = 0x22 and PHY_ID2 = 0x1512 only.
