ARM LPC24xx EA2468 ADC, I2C and RTC support

Hello,

the following patches add ADC, I2C and RTC support for LPC24xx HAL and Embedded Artists EA2468 OEM board. The patches also fix some minor bugs and issues in LPC24xx variant HAL and in EA2468 flash driver.
