LPC2xxx CAN device driver patch

Hello,

the following patch adjusts the LPC2xxx CAN device driver to be usable for newer LPC2xxx variants like LPC24xx. Newer variants have only one global CAN interrupt vector instead of individual CAN RX, TX and Error interrupt vectors of former LPC2xxx variants.

You see, I hurry to submit patches before the big eCos 3.0 release ;o)
