LPC2xxx HAL patch

Hello,

the attached patch adjusts the LPC2xxx HAL to support the modified LPC2xxx CAN device driver and adds CAN initialisation code to the HAL.

The patch assumes that the patch from Alexey Shusharin (http://ecos.sourceware.org/ml/ecos-patches/2008-05/msg00021.html) is already applied.
