[ECOS] Renaiming disk devices....

Hi folks

This continues the discussion about renaming all disk device names to
make then unique. Here is the proposed patch.

This patch also contains Frank Pagliughi patch for CF disks.

Please let me have comments ASAP, i'm likely to commit it tomorrow.

NOTE: SUCH NAME CHANGES MAY BREAK RUNNING SYSTEMS.
