PPP: Negotiate both primary and secondary/alternative DNS resolvers

       Hello,

In the current sources, only the primary DNS resolver's address is
negotiated (RFC 1877) when CYGOPT_PPP_NS_NEGOTIATE is enabled. The
patch below fixes that.
