Olimex SAM7-EX256 patch

Hello Andrew,

i did not notice that you moved the implementation of CYGINT_DEVS_CAN_AT91SAM7_CAN0 from platform package into package CYGPKG_HAL_ARM_AT91SAM7 and so my last patch from yesterday again placed the interface into pltaform package.

This patch fixes this problem and also fixes a typo in eth/phy changelog.

Sorry for the additional work.
