AT91 USBS Endpoint addresses

Hi,

This patch lets the USB driver read the EP address from the EP
configuration descriptor rather than relying 
on the position of the EP in the descriptor lis for its address. This
makes the driver more useable for USB 
configurations using more than one interface.
