configtool patch to build with latest Cygwin

I am not aware of any recent changes to the above cygwin packages that
would require such patches to the eCos Configuration Tool. Which version
of wxWidgets were you using? Were you using the make file at
host/tools/configtool/standalone/wxwin/makefile.gnu?
