OBJLOADER Added

I've now checked in the OBJLOADER package, the exact patch is
attached. I've applied most of the suggested fixes and added Tony's
new macros to the end of objelf.h.

I don't have a working PPC platform at present, so I have only checked
that it all compiles and links. Tony, you should probably check that
the test application still works for you.
