I/O CAN driver and MCF52xx FlexCAN device driver

I have made some minor changes to the IO/CAN driver an to the FlexCAN device driver. I also coded a loopback CAN device driver (similar to the serial loopback driver) and currently develop some test cases for this loopback device driver which demonstrate how this CAN driver works.

I will also try to write a documentation but I can only provide a plain text documentation because I'm not familiar with SGML. I hope I will finish these tasks within the next week and then I will provide a new patch.
