You need to make a copyright assignment. Please take a look at
http://ecos.sourceware.org/assign.html

When you do this you transfer the copyright of your source code to
eCosCentric, who will later transfer it to the FSF. Since you no
longer own the sources you cannot have copyright lines in the headers.
