DataFlash support for eb55

Hi Folks

I've commited the patch for the DataFlash device for the eb55 to the
flash_v2 branch.

In order to use this you need to cvs up -j HEAD the following:

io/spi
dev/spi
hal/arm/at91
ecos.db
