Microwindows 0.90

I've gone over the changes in the eCos Microwindows package and copied
the differences w.r.t. MW 0.89 over to MW 0.90(or rather the MW CVS
HEAD).

I did this work in the hope that someone who knows eCos and MW well
enough might be interested in creating a patch to eCos if a bit of the
grunt work was out of the way.
