FAT Filesystem support added

I've just checked Savin Zlobec's FAT filesystem support into the main
repository. I think it's time it was added. I've made some small
changes to some of the packages, so this is not 100% compatible with
Savin's patches that are pointed to by the contributions page.

The patch is attached, but it's probably simpler to do a CVS update to
look at it, it's mostly entirely new packages.
