Redboot Grub patch

Here is a patch to allow booting into redboot from GRUB and then loading 
applications above redboot. I'm not exactly sure how other platforms 
deal with memory allocation. I did not know if re-aligning the memory is 
supposed to be an exercise left to the developer.
