in_cksum stats not handle by FreeBSD TPC/IP stack ?

I think the CDL option shouldn't be presented to the user in that case.
Although is this the only problem with this code? If so can we just comment
out just the line for show_net_stats?
Otherwise the CDL option should be marked "active_if CYGPKG_NET_OPENBSD_STACK"
Sebastian, do you know if it works otherwise? Or are you planning to fix it?
