It is also detectable when a part does not support CFI (it does not put some 
magic on the bus when required) so theoretically we could get away with no
defines at all at the expense of a bit larger codesize but I don't think it's
more that 1K anyway. After all that's what CFI was made for. Compile once run
on any device. Or was that Java? whatever.
