New platform - TAMS MOAB

The attached patch (some 100 files) adds support for a new
platform - the TAMS MOAB PowerPC 405GPr development board.
There are a few minor non-platform changes here as well.

Some of the important changes (which I hope don't break
any existing code) are:
  * RedBoot support for NAND flash devices
  * RedBoot 'fconfig' data can now be in EEPROM
  * Misc PPC changes for 40x family
  * Dallas DS1307 real time clock & a RedBoot 'date' command
