New function for VNC server

This patch adds a new function to the VNC Server:

VncCopyBuffer2RectMask()

This function allows a mask colour to be specified when copying
an image from a buffer to the frame buffer.  This is useful for
drawing non-rectangular shapes like cursors.

Also, the test application, vnc-test.c, has been updated to
display a cursor.

These changes have no effect when the VNC server is used
with MicroWindows.
