Yes I have noticed the new PHY framework, but the driver don't use it till
now. I hope I will have the time in future for maybe rewrite the driver
to use the PHY framework.

Sorry, but my boss is not in the company for the next two weeks, so I
couldn't start to make the copyright assignment.
I send the patches now, becouse I'm afraid to forget the changes :-).
