E7T-DBoard support for E7T port

The attached patch adds support for the E7T-DBoard to the E7T.  By default
the E7T-DBoard support is disabled and eCos will built for the E7T exactly
as before.

When the E7T-DBoard support is enabled (with startup type = RAM) a new
CDL option selects whether the eCos application runs in the Evaluator-7T's
SRAM or the E7T-DBoard's SDRAM.

When RedBoot is built with E7T-DBoard support enabled it is able support
the multiple "RAM" segments feature recently added.

This patch has been tested on both a standalone Evaluator-7T board and an
Evaluator-7T with E7T-DBoard fitted - for both RedBoot and eCos app,
and no problems have been seen.

We currently supply a patch on our website to add E7T-DBoard support to
the E7T eCos port.  If this could be accepted and added to the main sources
it would save a lot of effort keeping a patch up to date with the main sources.
