AT91 HAL reorganized

Dudes,

I have just checked in a large reorganization of the AT91 HAL. This
incorporates (slightly munged) Thomas Koeller's work plus Tim Drury's
EB40A port. I have also added EB42 and EB55 platform support.

The somewhat extensive diffs are attached. But it is probably easier
to just check it all out of anoncvs.

If there are any important AT91 changes I have missed, please shout.
