Patch for ld error in net/snmp/agent/current//src/mibgroup/mibII

I've attached a patch to fix a ld multiple symbol definition error in
net/snmp/agent/current//src/mibgroup/mibII/helper.c that is caused by
defining 'ifnet_addrs' instead of just declaring it.
