Updated FLASH driver for E7T

In April I submitted a FLASH driver (with support for SST39vf400 FLASH)
for the E7T.  Its come to my attention that the E7T now comes supplied with
Am29LV400 FLASH fitted.

The attached files are an updated version of my original E7T FLASH driver,
supporting either SST39vf400 or Am29LV400 devices - selected via a CDL
option.

This update requires the patch for the am29xxxxx FLASH driver that
I posted earlier today:
