Hello,

After adding 50ms delays at the end of the driver start and control
functions, which allow Vmware get a tick and service the virtual chip, fixing
a buffer reset in the start function and preventing the abrupt stop of the
"chip" during transmit, the LancePCI driver seems to work again (with eCos as
well as RedBoot, according to my tests).

The patch can be obtained from <http://www.vsr.si/ecos>, where You can read
more.

PS: For best overall system performance change the Vmware priority to 0
(default -10) when running eCos in it.

Regards
Iztok
