Basic linux kernel compatibility package

This adds a basic linux kernel compatibility package. This isn't 
compatibility for Linux applications, but Linux kernel drivers and 
filesystems. In fact, this is entirely geared towards JFFS2 :). From dwmw2 
with some embellishments by me.
