ARM specific patch: ATAG_INITRD vs. ATAG_INITRD2

While mucking around getting the "exec" command in RedBoot to work on my
platform, I noticed that the ARM kernel source tree defined 'ATAG_INITRD2'
along with a comment that 'ATAG_INITRD' was depreciated because it used
virtual addresses instead of physical addresses. So I incorporated that
comment into hal/arm/arch/current/src/redboot_linux_exec.c and modified same
to use 'ATAG_INITRD2'.
