Support for AM29DL323 flash devices

Attached is a patch that adds support for the AM29DL323 device (for 8-bit
and 16-bit modes of operation).  As long as I was mucking around in the
file, I also added support for 16-bit mode of the AM29DL322 device.  I
should warn you, however, that I have only tested the 16-bit mode of
operation for the '323 device (and only for the bottom bootblock, at that).

If the official policy is that only tested code goes into the repository,
then I just wanted to let you know what had been tested and what had not.
