I just tried this on Debian Woody. I get usable pdf files out for all
three. The pictures look ok.

Im getting lots of warnings like

Package Fancyhdr Warning: fancyhdr's E option without twoside option
is useless on input line 33441.

but as i said earlier, they seem to be harmless, but annoying.
