FAQ-o-matic

Since we're just starting to tidy up the FAQ I'll just widen this a bit: 
if anybody needs a FAQ-o-matic account, please let me know. You'll need to 
set up an account first by going to the FAQ ( 
http://sources.redhat.com/fom/ecos?file=1 ), choosing Appearance, Compact 
editing commands, Accept, and then try to edit anything. Then choose the 
Create a new login link. Once your login is set up and confirmed, mail me 
and I can add you to the relevant ACLs.

Note that I've removed all the redundant @redhat.com FOM accounts since we 
can't access those any more.
