Ok, so I use the macros 

CYGHWR_HAL_LPC1XXX_GPIO_SET(…), 
CYGHWR_HAL_LPC1XXX_GPIO_OUT(…), 
CYGHWR_HAL_LPC1XXX_GPIO_IN(…)

and the parameters (__pin) is the address of my GPIO board?
