[ECOS] setting up IP address for my LPC2214 board

Am trying to configure Ethernet my LPC 2214 board. am not able to set it up..

RedBoot> fconfig -i

windows system IP address

After restarting the board...
RedBoot> +... waiting for BOOTP information
Ethernet eth0: MAC address 08:88:12:34:56:78
Can't get BOOTP info for device!
