[ECOS] Changing clock on i.MX31 from 532 to 399

Is there any information about changing the clock frequency on a imx31 chip set at 532 Mhz to 399 Mhz. I made several attempts with the following values:

write 0xFF871D50 into address 0x53F80004
      0x00271C1B into address 0x53F80010).

i have also tried values: 0xFF871D50 0xFF871650 0xFF871550 into 0x53F80004.

The existing macros and definitions in the freescale redboot distribution do not appear to work.
