[ECOS] looking for watchdog, xscale - ixp425 processor.

Hi,

          I am looking for watchdog code "packages/devs/watchdog/arm"
folder, for the xscale (IXP425) core processor, armv5te compliant.
I could't find one. Could you please help me out, if some of the
available code as an example to write for ixp425.
