[ECOS] Custom ioctl().

Hello,

For my project, I need Ethernet frame timestamps. Usually I do this
under linux: ioctl(sock, SIOCGSTAMP, &timeStamp). But SIOCGSTAMP is
not implemented in eCos.
Is there a way to add a custom ioctl() ?
