[ECOS] LBA48 and DMA moce for FAT FS driver

Hi all,
    I have modified the fat IDE disk driver for LBA48 and Interrupts and 
DMA. It is a little messy right now, but works fine on x86 Intel. If anyone 
is interested I will send them a copy of it.
