[ECOS] transfer .srec file onto redboot in ARM

And the message tells you what is wrong. Have a look:

So you have RAM at 0x4gazzilion, and you are trying to load data to address 0.

You are probably trying to download ROM configuration tests to RAM.
Build RAM configurations instead.
