Thanks!  That's been a sore point for a long time.  I find the
one-section-per-web-page approach of the online version to be
very difficult to use.  The main problem is that there's no way
to search through the document (either visually or
electronically) to find what you want.

At one point I spent the better part of a day trying to get
docbook set up so that I could generate a pdf version, but I
wasn't successful.
