[ECOS] AT91RM9200 deadlock

Hi all,

I am working on a AT91RM9200 based board (derived from a cogent CSB337)
And I encounter a strange problem, our application use the Watchdog via
eCos, but after a few seconds, 
during a file copy from the RAM file system to the flash file system,
the AT91 is in a dead lock. And despite the internal
Watchdog, it doesn't restart.

Does anybody have an idea about how to resolve it ?
