[ECOS] JPEG support in MicroWindows

Hi All

I have tried to build eCos with JPEG support  in MicroWindows. 

It seems like the implementation has newer been finalized.

Has any one tried to work with JPEG support  in MicroWindows. 

If so - Is there a long way to success?
