[ECOS] Cannot find precise timer API...

Picque,

I browsed whole eCos tree for the testalarm.c and cannot find it.
Where I can get it? Anyway, if you mean cyg_alarm_* calls then as far
as I understand they counts with 10 ms resolution which does not work
for me.
